Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we've received your order and pre-authorized your card. We will then reach out to our manufacturers and suppliers to confirm that the item is in stock and available for shipment. If the item is unavailable for immediate shipment or is on backorder, we will notify you via email and offer the option to replace it with a similar item that is ready to ship. If the item is out of stock and you wish to cancel, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. For items that are in stock and ready to ship within 7 business days, we will process your payment and ship your order.
Order Shipment
Orders that are confirmed in stock and charged to your card will be shipped within 7 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order leaves the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within 7 business days, please contact us at support@thecarnivaldepot.com, and we will assist you promptly.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous states of the United States, as indicated during the checkout process.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders over $500. For orders below $500, flat shipping rates will apply. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding shipping costs.
Free shipping applies to dock-to-dock delivery at a commercial address. For residential delivery, an additional fee of $45 applies, with an optional lift gate service available for $85. If you require these services, please contact us in advance to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after an order has been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the change. Please note that delays may occur, and any additional costs incurred by freight carriers for address changes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated Shipping Times
Transit times typically take 6-9 business days. Shipping time frames are estimates and may vary depending on location, brand and other factors like weather, shipping carrier delays, or unforeseen events. If an order is canceled due to a missed estimated delivery time frame, the customer may be responsible for any associated fees, including shipping and storage costs. We strongly advise customers to reach out to us directly for any shipping concerns or if a delay occurs.
Shipping Options
- Curbside Delivery: Delivered to address with loading dock and/or forklift.
- Lift-Gate Delivery: Delivered to your room of choice.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (excluding holidays). Processing typically takes 1–7 business days, but may take longer during high-demand periods or promotional events. You will be notified if processing times extend beyond the usual timeframe.
Payment Timing
- Credit Cards: Charged upon shipment.
- Debit/Bank Cards: Pre-authorization at checkout; charges are finalized upon shipment.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the progress of your package. If you encounter any issues or need assistance with tracking, please contact the carrier directly or email us at support@thecarnivaldepot.com.
Receiving Your Shipment
Before signing for your shipment, please ensure that you carefully inspect the entire delivery. Check for any missing items or damage to the products and packaging (such as tears or holes in boxes or shrink wrap). If you notice any issues, inform the driver, take photos, and make a clear note of the problem on the paperwork you sign. Please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and help resolve it.
Delays and Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an order fails to be delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional fees may apply for reshipment. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package, despite it being marked as delivered, please reach out to the carrier or contact us at support@thecarnivaldepot.com for assistance.
Delivery Completion
Delivery is deemed complete once the courier marks the package as "delivered" to the address provided. Please ensure that the delivery address is secure to avoid any issues with undelivered or lost packages.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Returns are accepted on eligible items in original condition. Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., custom products, perishable goods) are not eligible for returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped, and we will issue a full refund. We process cancellations quickly, so please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure cancellation before shipment.

Cancellations for Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products are created specifically for your order and are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the production process begins.

Final Sale: All sales are final for custom or made-to-order items. If you're unsure whether an item qualifies as custom, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Refunds & Returns
If you wish to return an eligible product, you have 3 days from the date of receiving the item to contact us for a refund and return authorization. Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.
Accessories such as blowers and other items will not be accepted for return.
We will also not accept returns for any item marked as "Final Sale" or similarly indicated as being non-returnable on the Sales Confirmation.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@thecarnivaldepot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item(s).

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 25% of the price of the item(s) returned will be applied.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order. We may help offset some return costs in certain situations.

Cancellation Fee: A 25% cancellation fee and return shipping costs will apply to items that are returned after shipment, due to rising freight charges.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Damages: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Warranty: Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Please refer to the individual product pages for specific warranty details. Warranties do not cover damage incurred after delivery unless reported within 3 days from the date of receiving item.
Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Promotions

Full Refunds: If you return an item purchased as part of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund.

Partial Refunds: If you return only one item, we will offer a replacement or issue store credit equal to the value of the returned item.
