- Proof of the lower price (e.g., screenshot or invoice) must be provided.
Exclusions:
- Promotions like rebates, buy-one-get-one offers, or special seasonal sales (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) are not eligible.
- The competitor’s item must be in stock.
- Competitor stores must be online-only (no retail locations) and authorized retailers of the product.
- Websites such as eBay, Overstock, or other discount/auction sites are excluded.
Price Match Calculations:
- The matched price includes the item cost and shipping but excludes sales tax.
- Requests that incur significant loss to The Carnival Depot may not be approved, as the final decision remains at our discretion.
