Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We will then contact our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and available for shipment. If the item is unavailable or on backorder, the pre-authorization will be voided, and we will notify you via email. For items available and ready for shipment within five business days, we will process your payment and ship your order.
Order Shipment
Orders that are confirmed in stock and charged to your card will be shipped within five business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order leaves the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please contact us at support@thecarnivaldepot.com, and we will assist you promptly.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipping is available within the United States, with select products available for shipping to Canada, as indicated during the checkout process.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after an order has been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the change. Please note that delays may occur, and any additional costs incurred by freight carriers for address changes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on factors like weather, shipping carrier delays, or unforeseen events. If an order is canceled due to a missed estimated delivery timeframe, the customer may be responsible for any associated fees, including shipping and storage costs. We strongly advise customers to reach out to us directly for any shipping concerns or if a delay occurs.
Shipping Options

Curbside Pickup (Free): Typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

Threshold Shipping: Delivered to your porch or garage.

White Glove Delivery: Delivered to your room of choice, including minor assembly and packaging removal.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (excluding holidays). Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, but may take longer during high-demand periods or promotional events. You will be notified if processing times extend beyond the usual timeframe.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the progress of your package. If you encounter any issues or need assistance with tracking, please contact the carrier directly or email us at support@thecarnivaldepot.com.
Delays and Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If an order fails to be delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional fees may apply for reshipment. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package, despite it being marked as delivered, please reach out to the carrier or contact us at support@thecarnivaldepot.com for assistance.
Delivery Completion
Delivery is deemed complete once the courier marks the package as "delivered" to the address provided. Please ensure that the delivery address is secure to avoid any issues with undelivered or lost packages.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns are accepted on eligible items in original condition. Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., custom products, perishable goods) are not eligible for returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
